  • Same here. I'm on the paper chase all day (work) so don't have time to experience patch until tonight. But I am interested to hear all your comments about it throughout the day. After reading through the notes it looks like they changed a lot of other balance stuff as well. I hope it's not broken

    I want to test the new iden with gainhealth on shock card. And maybe the secondary fire cd reduction card and the droid skills cd reduction card. Or go with the plain weapon cooling mod. No idea.
    Oh and i wanna see how my officer plays out now. Not using presence so that wont affect me. But the se44c nerf will. And maybe i test the buffed turret.

    Iden in GA btw. HvV is annoying and she was op in that mode before the patch anyway. With her new stun mechanic.

    I'd think droid batteries, increased shield health and the new health card in GA would be perfect, with 2 seconds increased to shield time, the sheild sustain card can be left out now

  • In terms of Arcade:
    Very happy to see the general bug fixes and improved AI, should make for a better experience.
    All weapons and star cards are being unlocked is cool, not my biggest priority but others wanted it so pleased they got it.
    Disappointed not to receive Bespin in Arcade, it's been added to Blast so why not Arcade?
  • But many dmg sources go through the shield. So iam not sure if i should invest a cardslot in that. Droid batterys. Healthcard. And as third i would rather have dmg card. Like the one that makes her shoot more mortars of death.

    Officers pressence was dealt with as well as the DC-15LE, also note that Starfighters doing strafe runs on troopers now have reduced damage to troopers by 50%. And Specialist has gotten some MUCH needed attention, also a step in the right direction.

    That along with everything else I read seems like a LOT of necessary adjusting was made in the right direction.

    All in all Balancing from notes seems on par with what I analyzed previously for over a month with some other members here. Can’t wait to test this all out when I get home! :blush:

    Her shield is her best friend in GA, the heat sink card is useless because if you are getting that many shots off you are probably taking fire, alternate methods is good for corner shooting, but like I said if in the open and you're shooting secondary fire that much, you're probably taking fire so shield is her friend, with shield cards I was #1 one time because of the shield

    It wasn’t specifically listed. However, I would believe it would most definitely apply to them as well. We will know by the end of the fin other wise.

    • Reduced how many shots can be fired before overheating when Increased Cooling mod is equipped from 49 to 25
    • Reduced end damage distance from 40 to 30 meters
    That's a pretty harsh nerf for the SE-44C. Given that the shots before overheat was 25 without mods, the 49 shots with the cooling mod was almost double and so reducing the shots to 17 for the standard weapon should mean the cooling mod shots are 34, not 25. There's basically no point in using the cooling mod if all it does is give you such a minimal amount of extra shots.

    IF we look at it alone it would seem so. However if we look at all the Officer pistols this brings that pistol back in line with the rest of them. Before 1.2, using the SE-44C, I could fire around 65 shots and smoke squads with ease. That’s... that’s not right.

    What the downward tuning/adjustment means is that when you play Officer you have 3 solid variations to choose from, The One Shot Drop, the Burst Fire Mop, or the Rapid Fire Pop.

    Gives the players more of a Reality check when choosing weapons on Officer.

    This is just my opinion.

    I felt SE-44C was in a bad place/too good before 1.2, I felt it was “WHOA” during 1.2, and I want to see it later today to give a solid opinion on it Now in 2.0.

  • Are the skill points /leveling part of this patch or the next one? I don't want to be stuck at the same level until the next patch. I see the boxes are gone.
  • Ok they pretty much ruined the officer class. Officer is supposed to be a support class but they nerfed Officer Presence battlepoint generation so bad there no incentive to play a support style...

    Did his presence aura help the teammates or was it just giving more bp? I thought it did something else like increase health regeneration delay or something. If not is it really a support ability or just something to help the class itself?

    As stated by the devs, it was Stacking BP Gain and giving off it’s aura even while as a corpse causing TOO much BP Gain/Hero Farming capabilities.

    It wasn’t about removing incentive for those that wonder, it was about righting something Very wrong.

    All Stacked BP Gain just to themselves. The regen went to the teammates.

    So far each and every prediction I’ve had has been on the mark. So content wise, we’ll be SOLID in the upcoming months. Balance adjustments will be constant, but now the Content is Free to Flow without the Divide/Distraction from Progression revamp since it’s been Officially Deployed/Patched in. :)

  • Blaster hero's run slower. And idens heal card is 30 per solider stunned and either 70 or 80 per hero stunned at epic.

    Logging in, I received 11 crates. Each crate that I opened gave me around 35 000 credits. So I'm sitting here with close to 390 000 credits due to the duplicated bug. I'm happy that this issue is resolved, and hopefully, we'll have word on whether we can use them for crafting parts once again, or if that boat has already sailed.

  • Funny that they have credits for the duplicate bug but now essentially using credits to buy crates or crafting parts has been turned off u til April. I guess you could use the credits as a big down payment on some of the cosmetic upgrades they mentioned but not until April patch.
  • I don't see how to upgrade with skill points. It's not allowing me to, even if my class is high enough. Crafting points didn't convert into skill points either i don't think. I must be missing something...

    Crafting parts converting to skill points is coming with the April patch.

    I, like many others, suffered from a bug where we didn't get credits for our duplicates. I have had this problem since The Last Jedi season so it has been going on for some time.

    The SE44-C nerf essentially means blurrg nerf threads will be back in force, as every officer left jumps back to using it
