Yoda should get battlepoints/score for playing supportive role

It's not a big deal, but I really think Yoda should get battlepoints/score for playing supportive role like the officer does or like Rey does with her ReyDar. I often play Yoda carrying a whole team through difficult parts of the map, holding an objective, etc.; and don't get battlepoints for the play style. I can of course go out and rack up kills and get score, but that isn't the most important part of the game and not what the real Master Yoda would do. If players he gives health to are getting points I think Yoda should get a percentage.

Agreed. That should be a thing, it will allow him to level up easier as well.

On Yoda's Flying Chair: The floating chair has a little area in between the hovering part and his cushion that allows him to go whenever he wants. That is why Mace always looks like he just smelled something bad.

yoda should get officer's presence
Many of the arguments we have about this game would not exist if this was a single player focused game like it should have been since day 1.
  • Yep, no idea why he gets nothing but Rey gets a massive amount for arguably inferior support.

Yeah I've often turned the tide of battle with him without even being in the top 5. I prefer to support and heal rather than just murder with him. I play most heroes this way actually. Except Vader. I go on a murderous Try-Hard rampage when I'm him.
  • Agreed. And Finn.

But Rey's Insight should be nerfed Flat 20BP/per Assist.
And the Specialist should get the same for Scramble.

  • Can we buff Presence a little more guys? Would it be game breaking to give Yoda unlimited stamina while the ability is active? I feel that would make Enduring Presence a viable star card and help him be a little better in HvV.

His stamina is connected to his unleash so probably.

  • So true. I’m usually at the top of the leaderboard when I get him, and then sink as low as the middle of the pack because I block choke points and hold objectives by absorbing blaster fire, for which I score zero points.

Meanwhile, when I get Rey, I hide in a safe spot and spam double-purple Insight, often finishing first with less than 15 kills.

It’s ludicrous that Rey and the Officer can score enough points to easily finish first, while you get nothing for playing support with characters like Yoda, Finn, the Specialist (and Boba, whose Information Sharing could be used this way if it didn’t totally suck) who have abilities that are specifically geared toward support.
  • Yoda phase 3 of Kamino is a beast. Love getting him and holding down that room.

In final phase Naboo I was low on health so I just buffed troopers at spawn. Still pulled a victory.
