officer BP at start
I noticed this the other day & i haven't seen it before.
So when you can buff everyone at the start some people are getting close to 1000BP. Even with 19* 24BP = 475 + 20% = 570BP.
the only thing i can think of is they're able to buff twice but i wasn't aware that the officers recharge worked on other officer's heal. It certainly hasn't ever happened to me (so that i could do that) so is this new or have i alsways missed it somehow?

I suspect it can't be modified easily or it already would have been. I think if there weren't bigger prevailing issues then this should be addressed. And I say this as someone who primarily plays officer and does not do this because it does not help my teammates. The only exception being Crait. I do it on Naboo too occasionally but really all troopers have enough time to get out of line of sights on that map.........
The best solution: Have some kind of delay to score gain on spawn at the start of the game or when spawning on your "default" position (since using abilities there is useless). If spawning on someone it makes to sense to put a delay since you might actually be helping your teammate.
EDIT: I just saw @Darth_Vapor3 's comment. So, basically what he said.
It is a non-issue to me. 2x was taken from everyone. If bp gain is an issue for you, why dont you focus your energy on asking for increased bp's for assault, specialist, and heavy?

If somebody uses it on you, yes. If you use it on yourself it doesn't. Recharge Command from someone else instantly recharges every ability as a trooper (none as a hero).
Improved Battle Command- Points for damage they take while affected by this or how much it heals to the max health, and no points for health beyond the base max.
Recharge Command- Points for each ability taken out of recharge. A sizeable point amount per ability to compensate for the small amount per person.
Blast Command- Points for damage done to enemies/vehicles, more points for objective damage, bonus for player kills by affected players.
That way they're still situational, but used at the best possible time and not just for free points randomly.
