This is all about the leader of the Inquisitorious, the Empire's most elite agents.

Description:

Once a Jedi Temple Guard protecting the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, the Pau'an lost faith in the Jedi Order after the betrayal of Baris Offee. By the time the Clone Wars ended, he fell to the ways of the dark side. Now, he serves the Empire as The Grand Inquisitor, hunting down Jedi and children with connections of the Force...and executing anyone who stands in his way.

Unique Skill:

Having learned and counter all seven forms of Lightsaber combat, The Grand Inquisitor has become an accomplished duelist (more than Doku). Not only would his attacks be faster, but his attacks blocks, and deflections have a lower stamina cost than any other lightsaber wielder.

Abilities:


First Ability: Overwhelming Throw

The Grand Inquisitor ignites the other end of his lightsaber and and targets and enemy. Once selected, he throws his lightsaber at the target.

To be more specific, he changes from a single ligthsaber to a double-bladed lightsaber and begins to spin it. After it is thrown, the lightsaber would do more damage than Vader's "Saber Throw" (cause the blade emitters would spin around track as fast as Grievous could), but would be in a curved angle. Thus allowing him to guide it back with the force. In addition, Overwhelming Throw would have an advantage against any blocking Jedi, cause it would cause them to stagger and be caught off guard. The only defense would be a well timed melee attack to deflect it or not be in the lightsaber's path (or the target).

Second Ability: Mind Probe

The Grand Inquisitor uses the force to probe the mind of his victim, revealing the location of it's allies while slowing down and hurting the victim.

Mind Probe is dark force power, evident by all of it's users...including Kylo Ren and Darth Vader. However, The Grand Inquisitor had an affinity for it. While it will be able to normally affect all nearby Soldiers, Reinforcements, and even Heroes, it would have a lesser effect on Jedi, as they would be able to resist it...at least, to a degree.

Third Ability: Inquisitor's Resolve

The Grand Inquisitor changes his lightsaber to a double bladed and takes an offensive stance, dealing more damage, having unlimited stamina, and block/deflect all attacks.

This was an obvious choice...and would be the pinnacle of abilities. The only thing to clear up is the blocking. With this ability, The Grand Inquisitor blocks while holds his lightsaber close as it spins and motions it around his front. With that in mind, any melee attacks made would blocked and stagger any/all attackers. In addition, any blaster fire within in a 180° angle of The Grand Inquisitor will now be deflected/reflected with ease. This defensive capability will be useful when defending an area, facing a team of Jedi, or advancing through tight spaces, such as the corridors and hallways of Kamino.
