Yoda Buff and Nerf

Buff:

Increase his attack speed even more. Yoda uses Form IV in lightsaber combat or ‘Ataru’ which is very aggressive but focused, which relies on a Jedi’s ability to run, jump and spin using the force.

Nerfs:

Dash Attack does not go through blocks. His small size and being able to block lightsabers now as well as absorbing blaster fire, makes up for it.

Reduce the amount of lightsabers Yoda can block from 10 to 8. This will encourage a more offensive playstyle, which is Yoda’s playstyle.

Reduce the amount of blaster shots Yoda can absorb from 46 to 20.

  • They already took his ability to dash through blocks away once (terrible idea in my opinion, especially since his force push is soo glitchy) and everyone hated it. Also, it’s such a “Yoda” ability to have, he toys with so many villains in the Star Wars universe literally plays with them in so many different duels, like you said he is a master of form IV he can evade defenses easily with his skill.

Anyone worth playing against will anticipate a dash and dodge it easily. It’s not hard to do. 😝

So why can’t Luke, Rey or Maul do damage through a block? They all can block lightsabers, have at least one dash attack and yet Yoda is a smaller target.
