Hero queue concept

Hello? Have you ever encountered a situation , when you were getting a hero after 5 minutes of constantly mashing respawn buttomn just to play as a hero you want, only to get destroyed on the spawn by a sudden tank, running you over in a moment? Moments like theese makes the game not only unfriendly to the newcomers, but also, quite frankly, make many people who are Hero mains to feel like they are playing overpriced mobile clicker game. And so, why not add a hero ques, that will allow people to pre-spend their BPs on the place withing a queue for a hero, while allowing to continue playing and still contributing to the team, instead of macking team angry and hero main grumpy.

Its sounds somewhat simple, but i do kinda realise, that it might turn into a hogfest, when player, just not to loose their hero will just sit behind the lines, disallowing anywone else from playing as hero. So, first thing what i suggest on top of all that is limit up to 5 people, who can take place in the line for the hero, and secondly - keep passive and on kill HP regen, but if hero doesnt kill someone within a 30 seconds, he's health will begin to slowly evaporate until he dies, or get a kill, as in old Battelfront, where heroes can only continue to play if they play carefully and not only avoid getting shot, but also racking up the kills to continue playing.

To the other news: most of the copmanies shares worth, that were specialising in construcing power converters are plummeting due to the closure of several stations that had been distributing them troughout the galaxy. Market analytics indicates that all of them were closed because of an apperant lack of demand for them on the galaxy market.

    I suggested the same hero queue a while back and was called a troll over reddit. I suggested a system similar to how the heroes work in extraction mode (Battlefront 2015), but instead of a huge X mark over the defeated hero, have that X over the player who used that hero and was defeated. This will deplete the chances of button smashing on the same hero icon over and over by the top players.

    and the heroes are powerful yet still require skill! they are not supposed to be a free killstreak!

    That's the problem right now because they an an easy way to earn killstreaks, barricade bottlenecks and basically block the other team from advancing. Heroes should be the way they were in Battlefront 2015...Extremely inconsequential to the fight and did not affect it's course. They were just powerful units running around and isolated from their teams.

    WHAT? Heroes in BF 2015 were the WORST! they unbalance EVERY gamemode and are IMPOSSIBLE to defeat!!

    They were very inconsequential to the fight and putting pressure into them will force them to go defensive or hide because they can't recover their health unlike Bossk who can. Now, the heroes possess all qualities and go offensive and defensive at will blocking enemies from doing the objective ir going on killstreak rampages because they need to regenerate...WTF to that.
  • if you do it correctly you can take down a hero ALONE. flank them, use explosives, sentry mode or enforcers. it is possible to end a hero very easy and playing as them requires skill and teamplay.
  • This is not a "Get gud" thread and frankly, locking heroes after a defeat will be disasterous at least in CS, unless its a temporary block for a minute. Then i guess its okay.
