Progression is too grindy

After seeing the early access I can't help but feel like the games progression is way to grindy. Don't get me wrong I love progression through a game and I don't think we should have everything handed to us but this game takes the Mick. I think the first battlefront did this well as I was able to obtain everything in the game at a steady and reasonable pace.
