I know this is going to stir up alot of people. I would personally like to see them at least give the starting weapons mods and make them all cross-era, but I certainly won't complain about new reinforcements, especially if we get the Republic Commando and Droiddeka for the prequels, and Infiltrators for OT and ST.

    In 2020 the game will cease production probably.

    I just don't get their monetization model, or lack thereof. It seems they just about totally shelved selling skins, and the game sells at a loss basically. I'd take a season pass at this point for real monthly content.

    Make them all cross-era? All of the starting weapons are mechanically the exact same gun, they just have a different skin based on the faction.

    Which is really how they should have done all the blasters. Tier 2 weapons all fire the same and damage the same regardless of faction, same as now... But for clones it's a DC-something, for droids it's an E-something, for Imperials it's a T-something or a DLT-something , etc. There are tons of blasters in the lore.

    Then they could still add new blasters too. And maybe some skins would be available across factions - Rebels might be start with the Rebel version of a blaster, but can unlock the Imperial version (stolen arms shipments), and maybe at a certain level they can use the Clone version (restored and upgraded salvage), etc.

    I think that new Reinforcements, coupled with a new compliment of blasters and attachments, would be an awesome idea for an update. Since both seem to be wanted, do both!

  • Reinforcements without classes seem to be like a real bad idea. Whilst I agree that certain classes (aerial) are way to similar between factions, they generally keep things comparable and should theoretically ensure equal love for all factions.
    Please Dice, don't introduce any additional CW reinforcements before completing the infiltrator class.
    Also the influence of heroes and reinforcements on the game is currently to strong. One step in addressing that might be limiting the infiltrator to 2 per side (instead of 6!!!) or just making it 6 elites in total. For limiting heroes you could just introduce a cooldown on hero tickets once one dies, limiting the total amount of heroes for that side over a listed amount of time.

    Just go ahead and add the many random saber users of attack of the clones mixed with enough random villains to make a 20v20 all heroes GA. Then maybe we will finally have balance if nothing else.
