1) lightsaber combat (saber lock, hit detection, saber magnetism, blocking fails and the “falling” status when stepping on a 1 inch tree root, mini delay between dodging and blocking where you are vulnerable to damage, being hit by a saber on the ground when you’re 6 meters in the air.)
2) abilities still failing numerously (kylo frenzy, grievous thrust surge ballerina dance, palpating zapping thru blocks, yodas push, etc.)
3) spawn timer should be lowered overall and should be instant spawn when choosing “default” option
4) “default” spawn option should be first option all the way to the left.

I am pretty sure they already changed this in the last patch - or it is glitching out... I play Boba a lot, and the air recovery is no longer instant at all - it only works if there is a really long distance that I am falling now - so I usually end up hitting the ground after a push, pull, bowcaster etc. The way I would describe it now is if you get pulled by Anakin without Attraction, you will hit the ground. But if you get pulled from that extra far range you can recover just before hitting the ground.
Issues:
1. Rubber-banding (I hate dodging from a saber hero only to be pulled back to the spot I last was and saber stunned.)
Quality of Life Changes:
1. Have vehicles show up on the minimap as a different icon (maybe a triangle). This way, a hero can’t be ohk by a speeder from behind because they never saw it coming.
2. More Extraction maps. This is a great trooper game mode, and the only reason why its playerbase is low is because it has just two maps. More maps would increase the mode’s playerbase.

Anyway:
- BUG FIXES, BUG FIXES and BUG FIXES
- Dodging not working at all as a defensive ability. We have a defensive ability that does not grant us defense. RIDICULOUS.
- Blocking. Block does not work sometimes. In other cases It blocks even force powers unleashed from the back of the blocking character (like Obi or Vader). Its like playing the lottery.
- Magnet sabers that atract you whatever you do. Dash or dodge to being teleported to the place you was before just to die.
- Starfighter Assault. Show some respect and love for a magnificent piece of work like this. And give us more maps.
- Matchmaking. It simply does not match make. Its like a monkey playing with cards.
2. Matchmaking. Not sure if it is large premades (how large can premades be?), but tough to find a good game sometimes.
3. Too many tiered units on the Battlefront at a time in GA and CS. This wouldn't be that bad if matchmaking was better.
4. Lag.
5. Need more maps. I've been playing extraction lately a lot as GA and CS have become boring as the heroes who get support basically dominate the game. Extraction needs maps. CS needs maps. GA needs maps that defense doesn't dominate.
Add CS to Arcade, the AI should be able to play the objective (or add the ground phase only to Arcade)
CS ground phase - randomize landing locations for ship boarding, so defenders do not know where to camp
CS ship phase - Reduce game time by limiting sabotage attempts. If A and/or B are successfully defended after two attempts, the game ends.
Troopers only event for GA and CS, no reinforcements or heroes, keep vehicles. I would love to see how some of these matches end with no heroes involved (especially the Naboo Throne Room)

Magnetic sabers is due to the aim assist function, which can be turned off. I would actually suggest that DICE remove aim assist from functioning with lightsabers completely.
Saber stun is definitely an issue - we should take damage but not have movement altered in any way.
Blocking is not tight - has a significant delay - there was one patch a while back where it finally worked when pressed pretty well, but then it has gotten progressively worse each patch and now it is very sloppy
The game play in general has been feeling pretty sloppy - not exactly lag, but the tightness and immediate control is lacking currently
Private matches and server browser would be fantastic
Please don't listen to people who want to buff Anakin - I never played him because he felt cheap, but now while still being arguably the best hero in the game, he actually is fun to play.
Nope, magnetic sabers we suffer it on PC aswell, and its not a feature that you can switch on/off, nothing to do with auto aim.

3. Stop with this myopic CW content. I just casually glanced at a few posts, so many of us are asking for Rogue One content, & have been doing so.
4. Stop saying "that's what the community wants" & not have a tangible metric, like a poll that we all participate in to back up the changes or direction you are going in.
5. Add skins for original trilogy characters in common movie costumes. Adding things like Princess Leia's Ep IV costume was long overdue.

Beyond that, my main gripe would be saber tracking and dodge not working like they did pre-Dooku.
I agree with these 100%. I'll jump 15 feet in the air with Kylo, and get slashed by a guy standing flat on the ground, way down below me, due to the magnetic sabers. Considering you can't block on the ground anymore, getting knocked down or having more than one person slashing at you is basically a death sentence. As mentioned, getting dragged off a cliff because your opponent fell off is no fun either.
As far as staggering, I don't know if the issue is stamina wearing out faster, due to multiple attackers, or if block just stops working at all. Maybe make stamina count as if only a single character is attacking you, when you're getting hit by multiple guys.
These too. I'll lose a ticket or two for my team because I have to respawn 2x half the time, when I want to change characters, because it doesn't let you deselect the current character before throwing you out of the character select menu....and then you have to kill yourself again to try a second time.
Seriously. He's just like a gnat buzzing around that you can't kill, because now he can just laugh at force pushes. Basically the only way you can kill Boba now is if the Boba player is really bad, or if multiple people can stun him long enough to get a couple hits in before he runs away again.

2) Bugs/Unreliability/Ridiculousness with Force Powers/Abilities - chokes should be blockable. Pull shouldn't do damage through saber block. A crate on the floor, a chair, a table or some steps shouldn't block force powers.

3. Cost of heroes. Raise them so that an uneven team isnt slaughtered 2 minutes into a GA or CS map.

3. Weird abilities in HvV: i.e. fix issues like not being able to block despite having stamina, or being able to block permanently despite having run out of stamina and fix the horrible magnetic sabers that suck you back into their path to die even though you dodged already.
4. Fix matchmaking: put teams vs teams, randoms vs randoms and fewer steamrolls, but also the option to stay in the current match/group when the previous match was well balanced. - Too many times I have a great balanced match only to be sent straight into another steamroll (either winning or losing), when it would have been fine to stay where I was.
5. Better system for selecting heroes in GA and CS (that allows more average players to get a hero so they can practice) with some kind of queue so people are prevented from sitting in the hero selection screen spamming buttons.
6. More content but something other than clone wars: as much as I like clone wars, the other eras need some love. Maps over modes, new units over new heroes. New weapons and improved star cards over other stuff. In other words make the existing modes amazing, rather than trying to reinvent the wheel all over again.

3) Default blasters need increased usability by way of mods. Particularly the default assault blaster. They are the most iconic guns in the game and they are more difficult to use than most. They either need a backend recoil reduction, or a mod that reduces recoil.

1. Your Broken, unhealthy, junk MATCH MAKING SYSTEM!
- I cant play more than 2 rounds in the same lobby cause your failure system will split the full lobby into pieces! Your Matchmaking is against the game, the fun and everything! It splits full lobbies, not filling up the new lobbies, we are force to re-search and waste minutes in menu to find another game. And than it will start over again, will split the next full lobby again and its goes over and over and over again! SFA community DOESNT need this! turn it off at least at that mode cause its toxic, without kidding, u can ask anyone!
2. Lagg. I know u wont fix or upgrade your servers but i have to add it!3. Lack of OT/SA content, Like how hard to make an OT CS as an example?
4. REVERT the HP nerf on the Falcons!!!
5. The last but not least the MM! Its bad, literally destroying the game.

I Used to play BF17 every day since launch, and now rarely play it when the HvV change was made
I still love the game, I'm just into other games with rewards that are more tangible at this point (not just credits with nothing to spend them on).
I vote to NOT bring back the old target system for HvV but rather vote for the BF2015 format with troopers and your Hero only gets one life.
Lastly, please add more droids, either BB-8, R2-D2, or BB-9E, they are mysteriously missing from this game.

2. New blasters and maps for all modes.
3. Queue system for heroes, so everyone has a chance to use them, not just the tryhard elitists.
4. More PvE content, with PvP-level credit payouts and not this 1,500-a-day nonsense. Also make it so we can level up in Arcade, just reduce the cards' ranks to current PvP levels if you need for it to work. Not everyone enjoys PvP or has the time or reliable connectivity to play online consistently.
5. Make daily crates more rewarding.
1) Bug fixes - Terrain breaking block, Force Abilities not registering, etc...
2) Balancing - LS & DS are not well balanced - For example LS has no Boba Fett equivalent, all blaster character are far less mobile than Bosk and Palpatine for example, none can hold a choke point like Phasma or Bosk - Mind Trick's cannot be blocked...Obi's also cancels dodge (horrible design...yet not Boba's jet pack...) Blaster characters in general, especially on the light side (Minus Boba, Palpatine & maybe Han) feel a little on the weak side. They should have a little more base health/health regen and they need some kit improvements/star card refreshes.
3) Saber tracking/Dodge - I believe saber tracking needs to be the same for all saber users, and the range needs to be reduced to about the range of Yoda or less. The way saber combat is currently, the removal of saber tracking would be disastrous, but it does need to be toned down. Saber tracking needs to "ONLY" propel a saber user in the direction that the user was facing when they initiated the saber swing. This would help fix 360 degree saber swings from saber tracking and lag or whatever else. Dodge seems inconsistent for blaster character, probably because of issues #4.
4) Server lag - Server lag + saber tracking + random bugs = horrible saber gameplay. Servers needs to be far more robust. I always see a connection sign in the top right, even on streamers accounts who have fiber internet...
5) Content - Hero skins, heroes, new troops, new weapons, new mods, maps, new and refreshed Star Cards, etc...
6) Team Play/Improved Matchmaking - Matchmaking needs to use some internal way to quantify a persons skill in order to place randoms on teams that are not lopsided - Teams in parties need to play against other teams in parties, randoms should play against other randoms (HSF & HvV & HS).
I play on PS4 and I have to agree with the other person.....yoda can be the hardest to kill and creates tons of problems in CS & GA, but is super easy to kill in HvV.
On consoles he can be really hard to hit and kill playing CS & GA. The problem is that competent yoda can force absorb practically everything and he can sit there and block for an incredibly long time. Even after he has used his force push he can still sit there and block, plus his stamina pool is super huge, in addition he is a super small and a super fast target that can be hard to track on consoles with a controller. It's easy to track people on PC with mouse, but not quite as easy on console. Then add to the problem that he gets super fast stamina regen and health buff ability that not only buffs himself, but everyone else around him. Then add to it that if he ever happens to be around officers and/or finn then it's game over because the officers and Finn can rebuff him over and over again and give him damage resistance along with every buddy else around them.
I was playing CS on Kamino yesterday and no one on my team could get out of the 5 doors at the B command point (Kamino phase 1) because they had control of the platfrom(the one that the darkside starts on in HvV) that 4 of the doors lead to and they had control of the one door way that leds to command point C i think(the circle room that is all red and destroyed in the ceiling). Then yoda and the officers just kept going back and forth from the command point C doorway to the platform health buffing and command buffing teammates, which were mostly being held down by enforcers that health buffed themselves to prevent us from getting out. Whenever we killed someone more would show up along with the heroes to prevent anyone from leaving. It was like this the entire 1 hour that I played to try and help my team.
This is the problem with GA now too Yoda, Finn, Officer combos can just keep the game going on forever or prevent you from moving on to the next phase. It's a real problem.
How do they fix this issue:
It's like a constant circle of Overbuffed chained abilities on the lightside that prevent the darkside from really doing anything unless they have palps to slow people down and remove the health buffs.

Also, mind trick needs to be nerfed into the ground (both of them) and blockable. They both need a distinctive sound so you instantly know which one you're being hit with, without having to find out by trial and error (Hypothetical example: you start walking backwards and fall off the map because it was actually Obi Wan's you were hit with, when you thought it was Rey's). They're both far worse than any of the stuns folks used to complain about.
Kylo's push needs to be returned to the state it was in before you turned HvV into Hero Blast. More than half the time when I pull people now, they just kind of flail for a second and fall on their butt, traveling nowhere.

Bonus issue- matchmaking still needs a little improvement.
And final bonus- the game needs a little more creativity and diversity of content to boost up the fun factor. The foundations of GA,CS and HvV are really good but CS and HvV are suffering a little on the creative side and GA is getting stale with lack of new maps. Extraction could be great but only 2 maps.
1.large scale offline for all eras with vehicles and ships. AI friends and enemy.
2.offline AI uses the different skins you've unlocked.
3.offline reinforcement AI
4.imperial skins for troopers
5.reinforcement skins and emotes.
1 - More maps for Extraction. (see Extraction threads for some excellent suggestions from the community about new maps for all eras)
2 - SA content like new maps and star fighters like the B-wing and TIE Defender. (see the unofficial SA mega thread for suggestions from the community)
3 - Large objective based mode without heroes.
4 - Where are the real droids? Hero droids R2D2, K2SO, BB8. Return of functioning of Astromechs and Viper droids like we had in SWBF 15.
5 - bug fixes for items like friendly vehicles and teammate manned turrets appearing as enemies on radar.
5a - more weather effects on maps like was beautifully done with Geonosis GA.
Agree the game doesn't fully feel like star wars yet because it is missing so many droids. Aliens, Humans, Droids, Lightsabers, the force, starships is what makes Star Wars ......Star Wars. Without droids it feels like it is lacking.

HvV was as it was for a year and a half, and the dev team never lifted a finger to fix it or tweak the rules, then suddenly they find their moral compass and decided they're going to come to the rescue of the vocal minority of "pro" players by throwing the whole mode in the garbage......without consulting the community, other than after the fact, with a limited time poll that was only shared to one dev's twitter followers.
The target system was a unique gameplay experience that couldn't be had anywhere else. All they had to do was add a timer to the target, so it would be automatically reassigned after a minute or two, and maybe provide an incentive for the target not to run, like maybe killing the target as the target would give your team 1 extra ticket. That would be a dream mode for me, since my favorite thing to do was go Target vs Target:
