Ok, since i watched all of the stream today and have some time, lets go over what we've learned today in a nice and organized fashion for everybody who doesn't want to watch all the video gameplay...

Remember, all this is from the live stream today so take it with a grain of salt that it may be slightly misinterpreted or changed before release. I can't update this thread after the first hour but new comments can keep people up to date incase i've forgotten or misunderstood something. Cheers!

Release date for Seasons Pass holders, March 22nd

DLC basic holder release date, April 5th.

**MAPS**

4 new maps will be out and i'm not going to stress over the names right now incase i got them wrong

> Jabba's Palace
> Palace Garage
> Surosuub Pipelines
> Surosuub Refineries

Lots of verticality(lol) and crazy tight spaces. As this DLC is designed to be a Close Quarters pack, all maps have short spawn timers while keeping this grand aspect of huge rooms and tight spaces all in the same round.

**Finding games and any Offline play?**

With the DLC comes a rotation for the new maps and modes that will apparently take 8-9 hrs and give people a wide variety(in at least the 4 modes mentioned below) for players in randomized basis. This should prove very fun but i personally worry about splitting the community.

Playlist games will be in an 8v8 setting despite their original game mode.

There is also a Quickjoin mode that will allow you to quickly join matches of varying sizes, with or without heroes, depending on which lobbies need to be filled up first.

All 4 maps will support the new game mode Extraction, and also support smaller modes like HvV, Blast and Cargo.

No mention of any SP or offline/survival missions. Possibly more in the future.

**MAIN MENU**

You can now search for games in a number of ways as mentioned above, so the main menu has been updated to accommodate the change. You can now search all kinds of ways or use the old menu we currently have for multiplayer.

**MODES**

** Extraction

This is the new game mode that has the rebels PUSHIN' DA LEETLE CART towards the end of a 'walker assault' checkpoint system. It's a time based mode where you need to hit each check points(meter looks like WA) in a time-sensitive manner(one direction like turning point) and the imperials can stop the shipment from moving to 'save the day' from the doritos and porn mags they have under that tarp.

Activate the cart to start it moving or stop it in its tracks by using the active button. There is a rechargeable Squad Shield on the shipment with a CD so you can play strategically in tight corridors(since all maps are inside for a portion) on either team while you try and defend your prize.

Heroes are interesting in this mode.... You can't select which hero you get and you're only allowed to have one per round... ONE HERO will spawn on each of waves 1&2 and ONE VILLAIN will spawn on waves 2&3 to express a "heroes attack, villains come to save their day" type of scenario. Your hero won't time out either so if you survive one checkpoint as the hero then you'll have 2 heroes on the field!! It's important to protect the hero and to keep them alive. It's your bargaining chip and you can be royally screwed if you're going up against vader on the last CP with no hero of your own to help out.

The match is over when rebels reach their supply ship or when imperials run the rebels out of time.

The mode is set up as an 8v8 when picked from the menu or as part of the Playlist. It is definitely NOT 15v15 or something like that as people(including myself) have suggested, Confirmed by Dev Dennis in Jackfrags stream from earlier.

** Heroes vs Villains

Now an 8v8 mode on ALL MAPS, you will still see NN and Greedo on pre-DLC content as well but if you don't own the content they will not be available for you to play as. Also, you're limited to 2 honor/royal guards spawned per round. Cheeky!

** Hero Hunt

As you may have seen, the community outcry has been heard!! The player to be the hero is chosen based on Damage dealt to the hero, then you spin a pie wheel around to see which of the TOP 3 damage dealers FOR THAT ROUND gets to be the hero. When one of those 3 is chosen you get to play against him and when he dies, the new TOP 3 spin to see who goes(you have no control over the wheel but its a pie chart based on damage dealt)

This will breathe new life into the game mode as it helps to make sure each player gets to play the hero at least once per round. it may even exclude other players from playing the hero again until everyone gets their chance.

** Cargo

All 4 new maps apparently have cargo applications to them, rejoice!!

** Droid Run

No real discussion on this but it's apparently going to be 8v8 in the new Playlist. It will probably be 8v8 in the normal mode too but only time will tell for that.

**PRIMARY WEAPONS**

** DLT-19x (FREE FOR ALL PLAYERS)

This is the first primary sniper rifle to be added to the game. Its a Targeting Rifle that fires one bolt then goes into CD. Will be great for lots of maps!!

** DL-18 (FREE FOR ALL!!)

This is the weapon that Luke pulls off one of the guards in jabba's palace(RotJ) and fires kind of quick bolts that instantly remind me of a sidearm in destiny or CoD. Quick shots at Semi-auto speed that do decent damage but not DL-44 damage.

** Relby-v10 (DLC ONLY)

This is a semi-automatic Targeting Rifle(IKR 3 of them now!) that will actually fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. This thing was a beast and will most likely be highly popular as its the first 'scout' or 'carbine' rifle to be included in the game. Very exciting.

** DT-12 (DLC ONLY)

Greedo's pistol from the movies/other stuff. It packs more of a punch but appears to fire slower than the DL-18. Will be a fun one to use but it may not peak the interests of every player.

**STAR CARDS** ALL CARDS ARE DLC PAID ONLY

** Scattergun

Fire 2 shotgun blasts before going into CD mode, much like the Scout pistol. In fact consider it a blend of the Scout pistol, Cycler and CA-87... It fires shotgun blasts that pierce shields in a 1-2 style combo. The CD appears to be about 20 sec upgraded to a black card.

** Dioxis Grenade

A poison grenade that leaves a gas in the area where you throw it. Deals unavoidable damage over time as it passes through(at least personal) shields to get people trying to stay hidden. Will be amazing at zone control and point capture. CD appeared to be 15-20 seconds.

** Adrenaline Rush

This is a Charge Card(like Explosive shot) and is basically a super charged version of the Survivalist Trait. When activated it will regen health at a very rapid rate(we're talking like 2 sec after you take damage) and will continue to do so for what appeared to be 5-7 seconds(upgraded). This will be amazing for those of us who charge the objective and play hard.

**POWER-UPS**

** T-7 Ion Disruptor Rifle

Charges up to fire a MASSIVE BLAST that will instantly kill enemies in a large radius and do LOTS OF DAMAGE to vehicles. We didn't see them use it against a vehicle but Ion is in the name and they specifically mentioned its effectiveness vs vehicles. It may prove to be too much in Walker Assault but only time will tell.

It can still be cancelled while charging like the pulse cannon or Bowcaster but it can not be fired until fully charged like the other charge weapons. Seems very powerful but will take the right user to not die 5x while trying to fire it off in CQC situations lol.

** Squad Shield

They mentioned an interesting change to **** that involves grenades and large projectiles. You will no longer be able to fire smart rockets and homing shot or throw any grenades in or out of a Squad Shield. The Cycler rifle and Scatter gun will still penetrate the shield and Ion grenades will still implode them.... Also infantry turrets can no longer shoot out of them(if that was still a thing, i didn't think it was). This is supposed to make **** seem more useful but if i have to poke my head out to throw a grenade then i'm going to use it less than before. And i actually use it currently... Idk, i'm not a fan.

Also applies to Leia's shield. Personal shield will still penetrate like normal from rockets and grenades.

** Blaster Cannon

Info on this was slim pickins but they're increasing the radius in which you can turn while firing this puppy. Definite step in the right direction... maybe make the shield a little bigger too and people will love it.

**Bacta Grenade, Berserker Trait and EMP**

These items will be released at a later date but we can guess that the Bacta grenades provides healing vapors in an area, berserker trait will probably increase damage or maybe run speed and the EMP will do electro.. magnetic... pulses.... obviously. We'll hear more about those later as they were accidentally shown in today's stream and not intended for release with the Outer Rim DLC.

**Heroes** (Will be visible to all players in all game modes but ONLY PLAYABLE if you have the DLC)

**Nien Nunb** - The one everybody loved to hate...

First of all, he looks amazing and has great offensive capabilities, amazing defensive capabilities, high speed but low defense. Basically never let the enemy get near you with all your tricks and you'll be fine.

** Main weapon - DH-17 - He's whackin' that hammer with the best of them but the spread/bloom seemed to be more on point than the regular pistol.

** Left ability - Pulse Cannon - Charges faster and with better cooldown, damage is the same.

** Right ability - Proxy bomb/Orbital Strike - 10-12 sec cd, can have 4 on the field at once. DON'T STAND ON YOUR OWN PROXYS. Changes to Orbital strike on Large game modes, 20v20.

** Special Ability - Infantry Turret - yes, the normal infantry turret that is a power up... but as you score kills or hero damage and your turret survives it will increase to deal more damage, fire Explosive shots and finally to OHKO any infantry unlucky enough to cross its path.

The turret improves the longer it's on the ground and if it gets destroyed or if you place a new one(limit 1 down at a time) then the turret level resets to zero.

Seriously, it's a beast if you can set it up and protect it with Proxys.. He's going to be a force to be reckoned with, especially with that taunt. Huehuehuehuehue

**Greedo**

More flak came for this guy but honestly, he looks like a lot of fun too. He has a new passive "trait" that shares an aspect similar to NN's turret upgrades... It's very interesting and makes his quick, powerful yet low-defense counter-Solo Villain a lot more interesting.

** Main Weapon - DT-12 - Quick and high damage blaster pistol. Does more damage with more confidence. Precision shots damage is also boosted by the Confidence of Greedo... What is Confidence, you ask...? Keep reading, it's coming up next!

** Left Ability - Grenades!! This is super cool, i'll explain what the stages mean and how they work below

* Stage one, Cautious - Dioxis Grenade - Same as above, does all the same stuff. This is what you get when you start playing as Greedo or don't get kills for long enough and lose all Confidence.

* Stage two, Daring - Increased damage, Thermal Detonator - A Thermal det on a Hero sized CD, plus you deal more damage with your pistol.

* Stage three, Reckless - Damage increased, Impact Grenade - This is the impact grenade we all miss. It does a load of damage as soon as it hits you so be wary of it's existence!! Also you deal even more damage than before with your pistol!

* Stage Four, Unstoppable - Damage increased, Thermal Imploder - That's right, you heard me. An IMPLODER on a CD... Plus you'll one shot infantry you come across.

The catch is that this trait will slowly cycle down over time unless you continue to get kills. It forces you to play aggressively(and intelligently) to get your trait up while utilizing a weak-defense hero to your advantage.

**Confidence Meter**

You gain these different stages by earning kills(assists may help too) or wounding enemy heroes. +50 from a hero or a single kill will get you to stage two. It looks like at least 2 enemies or more hero damage to reach stage three and obviously some more to hit stage four and get the juicy imploder. Smart players will be rewarded with huge killstreaks.

** Right Ability - Precision Shots - Target a bunch of people in the room and one shot them with rapid fire pistol action! pow pow! works wonders against an enemy hero as it will fire big damage shots at the same target if it doesn't die and is the only enemy around(I saw a +150 to heroes from a single shot). Does increasing damage based on Confidence level and the range is quite impressive. Dude took out a whole room earlier with at least 5 guys in it. Probably out to 25m or so.

** Special Ability - High Senses - Scan pulse on a lower CD. Active time is probably 3-4 seconds and it comes up quick. Essential to staying alive and playing to Greedos strengths while staying safe.

All in all the new heroes are going to be very interesting to play and even if they have some recycled abilities they will freshen up hero gameplay and are both definitely cool in their own rights. NN is gonna be crazy personally.

** Darth Vader - They increase the time of his saber block from 4 to 8 seconds duration, increased the range of his saber throw and increased his health pool(or reduced damage taken) to make him more of a tank. good times.

** Luke Skywalker - The only change they mentioned was the reduction in his run speed. Might see more soon.

** Boba Fett - Although we got zero specifics on the subject, we did get a few responses to Boba and Sledge mentioned there are changes coming with the patch but he didn't have the numbers in front of him and didn't want to say something incorrectly. Expect good things with the flamethrower and possibly the Rocket.

Also, his jetpack gets 'jammed' when you get shot in the back, causing your to drop for a split second. It will make getting away and camping with Boba a little harder so hopefully flamethrower changes will compensate for his lack of melee.

**Level cap raised of course!!**

And with that comes a new level 60 bragging rights skin, the Weequay male. Here's a good example of everyone's favorite Pirate Boss -- http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Hondo_Ohnaka

17k credits like normal for a skin.

Sorry fans they didn't say or didn't tell us on purpose whether there were new Imperial heads or outfits, or any skin tones for aliens. I doubt they have anything ready right now.

They did also mention new emotes and i saw a couple new heads in the list but those may or may not be intended for the current patch...

**Hutt Contracts**

Jabba is now chilling in the Customization section. He sells you these 'bounties' you have to complete in order to unlock the new weapons and star cards. Most of these can be obtained very early in level.

Pay credits to buy the contract, then go complete it(apparently in MP, no confirmation as to SP completion but i wouldn't expect it) playing a match.

The one for Dioxis grenade has you use the smoke grenade 20 times and blind 20 people with the flash grenade. This is to Unlock the regular, white card version of the Grenade.

Then you pay for another contract, go complete this tougher challenge to get the upgraded version of the card.

To get the Upgraded Scattergun card you will need to go on 3 killing spress with a Shock Blaster, get 30 Scattergun kills and get 15 kills with any(spoiler alert?) Shock blaster in a single round. Definitely the challenge players are looking for.

This is the only way to unlock the new weapons whether they are DLC-only or Free-included.

This gives players something to strive for while making it a challenge instead of mindless grind.

You can access this screen from the main menu or inbetween matches(along with showing which Trait you're using on the star cards window). Very convenient!

**Other random honorable mentions**

They mentioned a few changes coming to current gameplay that will effect non-DLC owners as well.

** Bowcaster and Barrage - These two specifically came up as being set for a buff, though no numbers were given as to what is changing. Just being made 'better'.

No other changes were proposed for weapons or star cards but that may not be the case come patch day.

** Fighter vehicle SHIELD RAMMING

Fighters will now be unable to ram into other fighters and survive. Two fighters of the same size will both be destroyed and will probably function how it does now as to who gets the kill. If a smaller fighter bumps into a hero ship, the small one will be destroyed and the hero ship will take appropriate damage, whatever that will be.

** AUTO BALANCING!**

That's right it's coming. If you're playing Walker Assault as imperial on Hoth and your team does really bad, you may have to play one more game on the same team still but don't worry... Auto-shuffle will happen between planets so you don't get forced into playing defense twice on the same planet and also so you're not forced to back out/play with the same exact team as everyone leaves, etc. Rejoice!

Objective indicator - You can now use your 'activate' button to indicate what objective you're going to pushing towards. On extraction you can indicate the Cart or the check/extraction point and it will show how many people plan to play the objective. No idea if it goes away if you move far enough away from the objective. Time will tell.

This is a good first step to allowing team communication on some form so at least people have a decent idea of what they're mates are up to.

** Combat Roll!

It's back! This defensive maneuver was only available to several Heroes back in the day(Han and Leia only) but there were apparently input issues... Now it's back and it's not only available for Greedo and Nien Nunb but ALL INFANTRY TOO!!

You can only do it side-to-side, not forward or back and it's done by double-tapping the B/Circle button on consoles or pressing the crough key for those who have other controls.

It works in both 1st and 3rd person and will drop you out of 1st and INTO 3rd person for the duration of the roll, then pop you back into 1st upon completing it.

You can also shoot during a roll but its apparently wildly inaccurate.

** Score Tab changes

Score has been moved right next to the players name on the screen when you press Tab/Touchpad. Also, a little icon will show next to your name when you are in a vehicle or playing as a Hero and the symbols are visible to all players. It also shows a ping chart with 5 bars like on an old flip phone and shows more clearly which players are currently dead.

** Rancor & Easter Eggs

Sorry guys, he's dead... all dusty in the room below the trap door in Jabba's Palace... shame but there are lots of other cool easter eggs like the squid guy floating outside the Sorosuub Refinery and the dead protocol droid in Jabba's Palace!

**WOOOO!**

Ok i think i'm done... man the typing is real... I hope this helps everyone who is looking for all the info in one place and if i missed anything or mess anything up let me know!! I'll update this thread as often as i can with anything that needs fixing!!

Oh and here's a link to a WIP megathread on Reddit with some incomplete or misinformation along with other goodies.

It's probably 25-30 meters. Tough to call but it had decent range, though i doubt you'll be able to camp and kill from afar.

  • Awesome recap!

I think you missed that part were they did say that Darth Vader is getting a major buff and is truly a force to be retconned with. They turned the man into a freaking walking tank :+1:

I totally mentioned that Vader got a health increase. His saber throw goes farther and his Block lasts 8 seconds instead of 4. He also may move faster but it could have been my eyes playing tricks on me since they only mentioned those 3 things specifically.

I wasn't about to list all the easter eggs as some had not been discovered, there will beplenty of threads for that slightly less important stuff hehe. Definitely worth posting here in this thread though.

I'm happy people are finding this useful. Time to go give my fingers a rest... *yawn*

  • Didn't get chance to watch the stream so thank you very much for putting this together. Very much appreciated. Going to print it off for reference.
  • Awesome write up man! Good job.
Some other bits and pieces I noted:

When a player reaches trait level 3 (I'm not sure about level 2) it will pop up on the right hand side notifications area of the screen, in the same way it shows when a player becomes or defeats a hero.

When a cargo carrier has been spotted, the indicator for enemies to see where that carrier is, blinks slowly now instead of staying solid. So it will be a bit harder to find the enemy cargo carrier.

    "Team play focus"
You will be able to, for example in turning point at the first set of control points, hover your crosshair over the left control point symbol, click the X button (Xbox), and that will add you to a little indicator which is attached to the control point symbol. So if three team mates did that on the left CP, it would show the number 3. This will allow other team members to see how many are going for this point or that point. This will work with all the objective based modes.

    "Match summary screen"
At the end of a match you will now see a little summary of how many kills and deaths you had. Dennis said that the devs are slowly going to add more stats to that over time. So eventually we will get a nice detailed match summary report at the end of a round of how well we did. (I'm thinking it could end up being like the halo 5 end of match carnage report).

    Boba fett
Dennis said he is still by far the most damaging hero against infantry, even after all his nerfs. In HvV though he ain't too flash.
They are looking to buff him though and specifically looking at his flamethrower.

I wasn't really looking forward to the DLC, in fact I was quite negative... But this all sounds pretty cool.
I think I'll eventually buy it, but I'm going to make sure I've got my money's worth from the base game first (Getting the last few stars from the missions to complete the diorama) and then I'll probably invest in the season pass
  • Not impressed, but such it is.

However I can already see all those imperial players going kamikaze ramming the Mil flacon, that would be a laugh and a riot.
  • Anyone got any idea if Nien is going to get Orbital Strike or Proximity Mines for Offline Hero Battles?
  • Great post man. Saved me hours trawling through the forum to piece it all together!

Nice job Vakyoom, watched the stream as well. great to see the detail laid out.

  • Great summary...THANKS.

Think they've done a pretty good job with this from the sounds of it. I mean, it has to be difficult to come up with stuff that's desirable and will convince people to buy but also fits within the balance aspect of the game and doesn't destroy everything else.

The new star cards sound really interesting to me. I do think though that these new cards will significantly reduce shield usage since now there will be even more things out there to combat them. I for one have been a heavy shield user and I'll probably switch to the new health charge card.

The new heroes look pretty powerful though and like how they've done them with the various levels of their power ups. I wonder if they'll go back and do something similar with some of the other heroes already in the game. I mean, to me....Han sure seems pretty weak compared to the new guys.

    Good stuff though.

In order to be intellectually honest, this was a complaint many times over from me, so I guess "they listened". And I think I am one of the few to repeatedly mention it's sucktitude. The blaster canon also needs to aim better, alas. But without going at least 180degrees, you can flank it too easy. So maybe it will be a more viable power up now.

flanked to easy. The increased pivot will be huge. So you can see. It still aims for crap. But back to back blaster canons, if we could coordinate, would be cool indoors.

Thats where the right placement comes into play. My favorite spot at the moment is breaking into the rebel base on tatooine cargo and setting up shop above the right side door on that ramp. Can hold that spot for a long time until someone comes around with a smart rocket usually.
  • What has happened to Invasion?
There was meant to be a mode called Invasion. The description was... Invasion: Will be the the largest multiplayer mode in the game. In this 30v30 match, Players will fight as Rebels or Imperials on the outskirts of Sullust. This game mode will be similar to Walker Assault but include more vehicles for the Empire and New Vehicles for the Rebels. The objective for the game is for the Empire to recapture the factories of Sullust that have been overrun by Rebels. The Empire will have 4 on rail AT-AT’s, 2 will be playable at the start of the match with another 2 joining the match based on the rebels ability to defend

Thanks for this, sincerely. :-) There seems to be a lot of great stuff although a couple of things worry me.

The new heroes sound overpowered compared to the current heroes. As for against infantry and overall game balancing, it concerns me as well.

New cards sound great and all but there is even more shield penetration all around. The squad shield didn't need changes to me and the personal shield has even more against it (already felt there was enough to counter it). Yet it seems something like scan pulse still doesn't have something to better counteract it? Smoke grenades isn't enough. Is there something I missed about this? Plus, Greedo gets scan pulse now? I honestly think scan pulse should have been intended for droids only. This is starting to sound like CoD with UAV's flying the entire time, throwing all tactics out the window. In other words, it's really catering to casuals.

Disappointed if there truly is no new Empire skins. I'm VERY happy about Hero Hunt and a couple of the other fixes, though. Interested to see what happens to the game in general when the DLC hits. Everything will be changed for sure. Just have to see how much of it creates new problems or if it will be for the better.
    Valid Token Confirmed.

  • I agree with all you said.

I do think scan pulse needs a counter added...Personally, I think adding immunity to scan pulses at scout level 2 would be good. I do think scan pulse will be heavily used on these new maps.

Agree the new heroes seem OP compared to current ones.

And shields take a big hit with this.

Shields aren't really taking that big a hit, and squad shield got a much needed buff. The only non pickup counters to them now will be the new shotgun on a long timer, the cycler, ion shot thats pretty terrible for that role, and ion grenade which has been and will likely stay my favorite and the best option. The big change that nothing can go out now that grenades wont pass through just dials back your offence some, but not really very much. Pretty good trade for having a 400hp bubble protecting you while pto, escape or move between cover spots.
  • Great info. I listened to/watched off and on the entire stream yesterday and after reading your initial post, I'm still confused on a few things.

First, we know 2 guns are free and 2 are DLC only, but are all the star cards DLC-only or are some free? I know they mentioned the power-ups are free... and second, are the new maps available in all modes and not just the Outer Rim playlist? Like, can I highlight Blast, hit Square and select Jabba's Palace? I worry that these cool new maps will go to waste if I can ONLY play them in the one playlist.

All 3 star cards are dlc only, and the maps are playlist only. You have to remember, for each mode you would add them to that would be yet another fragment of the community. By the end of dlc 4 if they did it that way you would have something like 100 possible lobby combos to search instead of the currently planned 14. It would be a nightmare.

I didn't hear the cargo part actually and never noticed anyone getting to rank 3 trait except jack frags. The end match screen is definitely more detailed I should've included that.

Why does everyone think I left boba out tho? He has a few things that are on the table

The new content looks really awesome. Can't wait for next week!!

Great info.

You can search for a single map in a single mode like you can currently. The difference is that the playlists will give you a huge random sandwich to chew on as opposed to the regular sized sandwich you got to pick out yourself. These new maps are designed to be close quarters 8v8 only maps. We will see droid run, blast, HvV and cargo in addition to extraction. Maybe drop zone(I'm holding my breath for this one, new drop zone maps are needed too.)

As for the squad shield and it's 'buff' you won't see me considering it that way. Yes you're completely safe from all but 2 weapons but you also need to leave that safety to deal damage with anything but those 2 weapons... If they wanted to buff squad shield make it so that you can only throw grenades out but they bounce back in.

I will be skipping squad shield power ups if they make this change because it'll just become another cycler/scatter target on the map only you can't do anything from inside as opposed to before where you could at least throw a grenade at the guy coming your direction. Idk I like the squad shield as it is... People are just too dumb to use it properly as it sits right now.

As far as scan pulse now... No I think it has a lot to do with the other charge cards being bad as opposed to scan pulse being too good. If people has more reason to use cooling cell or focus fire then we'd see less pulsing. We finally have a good weapon to use cooling cell with and Focus fire will work on one of the new weapons in an ok fashion but it's adrenaline rush that will balance the game out in charge card land.

Still there is way more explosive shot and personal shield than scan pulse so those 2 are clearly more of an issue than scan pulse too. If they add more time to Spulse CD it would be ok but either way it's not too strong. It was before.

I run scout all day every day and I stil say it would be bad if you were totally invisible on scout. No need to have me do even better while trying to nerf scan pulse you'd be giving me a buff when on tree levels. Honestly without scan pulse id probably leave endor matches 90% of the time because the trees just mess with my vision, there's so much green abd the rebels all blend in lol.
