1-3 Player Vehicles

Please let there be or implement multiple seats in vehicles/starships.
Example: millennium falcon=1pilot, 2gunners
First order tie fighter=1pilot, 1gunner
Etc...

  • Maybe battlefront 3 will be a true star wars experience.

But it's just not going to happen in this game.

Dunno why old school battlefronts and battlefield jets only had multiple person vehicles... that was so much more fun.
  • I'd love more vehicles, and more vehicles with multi person crews.
It was epic fun in the previous Battlefield games.

They also had bots to slaughter at will.

    Seems DICE is going backwards?

  • Almost any vehicle can have at least one other person involved.

    That’s 1/4 of the team.

Your right, but now it’s a double kill and it makes that one ship more deadly. Team work ftw.

Yeah. It's already confirmed to not have multi-player ships.
We need a Tier System for the Heroes. It would justify the "op-ness" of Vader over Han and Chewbacca. It would cost much more to unlock Vader, and would require you to save a lot more than for other heroes and vehicles, but it would be rewarding in the end...

  • Only in our dreams.
  • Bump this,
  • Would love this but it makes sense that they aren’t adding it since this game is different from Battlefield.

And the teams are too tiny in this game to have 3-man vehicles.
  • I don't really like multi-seat vehicles in Battlefield. Too many times have I been on a gunner's seat unable to get a clear shot because I can't communicate with the pilot. It works when you can coordinate, but without a voice chat it wouldn't work very well.

  • I would be alright with the ability for someone to become a passenger. The person who bought the vehicle get's the main controls, but anyone can run up to the vehicle, climb into the secondary or third position, and have at it.

Problem is they did away with the taking off system and switched to spawning in the air already. None of the ships have landing mechanics and the LAAT is on a rail system. I loved being the transport vehicle guy but maps are not designed to include far away spawns. What I liked about previous battlefield/battfront games was that the spawn was protected because it was deep in the red zone allowing players to spawn a safe distance requiring the use of transport vehicles. Unfortunately at the time many players argued that it took too much time to get into the fights and did away with the system to allow faster and closer spawn areas.

Hm. I suppose a passenger reinforcement option then. Maybe we'll see that happen in a third game.

That could work. Just like the royal guard reinforcement that emperor had in the first one or the leia had. But still. I miss transport vehicles.
  • Bump this
  • Yes please
